Specifications

Eala Bhan  is a 50-ton traditional wooden herring drifter built Larch on Oak by Richard Irvin & Sons of Peterhead in 1961. She has been converted into a comfortable Gaff ketch Motor sailer. She has an Oak keel with a steel band for protection. Her Galvanised Steel keel bolts were last inspected July 2006.

Her superstructure is a Steel framework and GRP sheathed marine ply.
