Rhea has no winches, but about 90 blocks of various sizes.
She can be comfortably sailed with a crew of three or four, but for racing or for larger crews there is plenty for many people to do, the teamwork and organisation is fun and can be challenging.
The rig is balanced and a fascination to sail. The square sails have bunt lines so that they can be easily furled and unfurled handled from deck.
